All MEG orders are dispatched from Jakarta, Indonesia. Each stone is individually wrapped, padded, and boxed to protect it in transit. Your origin certificate ships inside the package.

Indonesia — 2–4 business days
Domestic orders ship via JNE Express or SiCepat with full tracking. Free shipping on orders above IDR 500.000.

Southeast Asia — 5–10 business days
Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam. Ships via EMS or DHL. Tracking provided on all orders.

International — 10–21 business days
Worldwide shipping via EMS International Post or DHL Express. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & damage
Natural crystals are fragile and vary in appearance. We photograph the exact piece for sale — what you see is what ships. If your order arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We do not accept returns on change-of-mind purchases for natural crystal specimens.
